We highly recommend that you do a strip test of our products first before full use. Exclusive Botanical is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur. Please be sure to read the description before making a purchase.
Shipping, Insulated shipping & Handling:
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped, and an additional 24-48 hours to receive an updated tracking number through USPS. Please be aware that we ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and occasionally Saturday's through USPS.
As temperatures begin to rise during the spring and summer time, we highly recommend you protect your whipped shea butter orders from melting during transit. You can protect your order by selecting the "protection package" while in check out, it will be located under shipping. The protection package is just for whipped shea butter. Depending on the size of your order the protection package consists of 1-2 frozen gel ice packs, and your w.s.b being completely wrapped in an insulated bag. The protection package will protect from the harsh heat your order while in transit. Please keep in mind that all orders are being shipped from our headquarters in Houston, Texas.
Houston & Katy's Pickup Policy:
At Exclusive Botanical, we offer a local pickup option for our Houston-based customers. However, please note that we do not accommodate requests to meet at any location outside of our designated pickup spots. It’s important to respect our policy to ensure a smooth experience for both parties.

- We will not meet halfway or at alternate locations outside the designated spots. By confirming your pickup, you agree to these terms. If you’re unable to adhere to them, please select our convenient shipping option instead. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Refunds, Exchanges:
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our body care products, we do not offer refunds on opened or used items.
If there is an issue with your order (damage, incorrect item, or defect), you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
For scent exchanges:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Once received and inspected, we will determine eligibility for exchange
• Approved exchanges will be processed for equal value only
We do not offer replacements for products that have been used or fully opened due to scent preference.
