Due to the preparation, materials, and venue costs associated with each workshop, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Life happens, and we completely understand! If you're unable to attend the workshop you originally purchased a ticket for, we're happy to transfer your ticket to another upcoming Body Butter Experience workshop.
To transfer your ticket, please notify us before the start of the workshop you're unable to attend.
Please note:
• Tickets may only be transferred to another Body Butter Experience workshop hosted by Exclusive Botanical.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for products, store credit, services, or cash.
• All transferred tickets must be used by December 31 of the current calendar year.
• If a transferred ticket is not used before December 31, it will be forfeited.
